Assets, hires, and infrastructure in place before launch.

  3. 03Hire East + West Coast field managers. Onboard FL + CA rep pods.
  4. 04Launch DTC site + retailer portal + Creator.co onboarding.
  5. 05Retain BLAZE PR. Draft narrative + rebuttal kit + retailer one-pager.
Sprint 3

Days 61–90

Launch.

Go live in FL and turn the field engine on.

  2. 02Activate content engine off every wrap stop. Geo-targeted paid on.
  3. 03Roll out 'Clean & Clear' transparency standard publicly.

  5. 05Green-light NJ + PA hires. Onboard Northeast FMMs for Q2.

Chicago FMM live in July. KY (Louisville) triggered if 200 doors sold-in across other states.

Full 6-vehicle fleet on the road. Weekly rep visits. Dealer loaders triggered. DMs layered in FL, IL, PA, NJ.
